This is the second revised edition of The Lebanese Cookbook, by Dawn, Elaine, and Selwa Anthony, published by Apple Press in 2005. First published by Ure Smith in 1978 and reprinted numerous times, with this further revised edition following in 2005. Written by three sisters drawing on their own family's Lebanese heritage and home cooking, the book covers the full range of Lebanese cuisine, from mezze and dips to grilled meats and pastries, illustrated throughout.
