This lovely softcover first edition is a rare find. The book is in near fine condition with no marks or tears and shows absolutely minimal shelf wear. The Chaos of Stars is often appreciated for its humor, unique premise, and blend of fantasy and real-world issues. "Black Beauty" is a novel written by Anna Sewell, published in 1877. It is considered a classic of children's literature, although Sewell originally intended it for those working with horses to promote humane treatment. The novel is written from the perspective of a horse named Black Beauty and recounts his life, from his early carefree days in the countryside to the harsh conditions of urban life and various owners.
