This beautiful German hardcover edition is in good condition. The pages are age-toned with grey-tinted tops; the final page shows some staining, but the book remains tight and square in its binding. The grey cloth boards are well preserved, with light wear along the edges. The original dust jacket is not present. The 400-page count is significantly lower than that of many other editions of Anna Karenina.
