This handsome first edition of James Lee Burke's thriller Clete is in very good condition rather than new, owing to a small issue: moisture staining to the bottom of the front board and the title page, present when the book arrived new from Amazon and almost certainly the result of something in transit or storage rather than handling. The mark does not reach or affect the text, and the pages throughout are otherwise crisp, clean, and entirely unmarked — but it is visible, and I want any buyer to know exactly what they're getting before they purchase.
